 -parasta Voltissa ovat ohjelman järjestelmällisyys, suunnitelmallisuus ja jaksotus
- urheilijan ei tarvitse miettiä yhtään mitään treenin aikana: ei liikkeitä, ei toistomääriä, ei painoja, ei palautumisaikoja; ei siis yhtään mitään! Volt Athletics tekee tämän puolestasi ja urheilija voi keskittyä vain olennaiseen eli treenaamiseen
- yksittäisten treenien sisältö on myös jaksotettu fiksusti. Yhdessä treenissä on yksi kova pääliike ja muutamia apuliikkeitä. Tästä syystä kroppa pysyy tuoreena muita viikon treenejä varten. Ohjelmassa on myös huomioitu eri pelipaikolla tarvittavat fyysiset ominaisuudet. 

KOHDERYHMÄ

SAJL akatemiaurheilijoilla (Urheilukoulu, urheiluakatemiat, urheilupainotteiset lukiot ja ammatilliset urheiluoppilaitokset) on mahdollisuus tehostaa fyysistä harjoitteluaan Volt Athletics -ohjelman avulla.  Ohjelman hankkiminen on avoinna myös muille määrätietoisesti harjoitteleville urheilijoille.

Clemsonin, USC:n, Michiganin, Nebraskan ja Washingtonin yliopistojen freshman football -pelaajat sekä USA:n maajoukkueen pelaajat käyttävät Volt Athletics -ohjelmaa harjoittelussaan. Volt on ollut apuna useille Suomen maajoukkueen mies- ja naispelaajille. Lisäksi ainakin Helsinki Wolverines, Seinäjoki Crocodiles, Kuopio Steelers, Helsinki Roosters, UN Crusaders, Lohja Lionesses ovat seuroina olleet Volt Athletics käyttäjiä.

VOLT KÄYTTÖÖN

Maksa ohjelman käyttömaksu 50 euroa/vuosi mahdollisimmman nopeasti viimeistään  pe 1. lokakuuta 2021. Treenivuosi kestää vuoden ajan. Oma fysiikkavalmentajasi pääsee mukaan käyttämään Voltia kanssasi ilmaiseksi. Oma harjoittelusi sekä testitulokset eivät ole ulkopuolisten näkyvissä, ne näkyvät vain pienryhmäsi jäsenille ja valmentajille. Ryhmät voidaan räätälöidä seura/pelipaikkakohtaisesti.
Miten Voltia käytetään
Tarkista vielä jos omalla seurallasi on käytössä Volt Athletics ja kuulut sen piiriin. Ilmoittautumisen jälkeen sinut lisätään Volt käyttäjäksi.

HARJOITTELUN TAVOITTEET

Läpi vuoden kestävä ohjelma on amerikkalaisen jalkapallon osalta kehitetty koko kehon voiman, lihasmassan ja räjähtävyyden kehittämiseen. Ohjelma tuo urheilijoille systemaattisen menetelmän kehittyä ja pitää keho toimintakykyisenä läpi harjoitus- ja kilpailukauden.

Volt Ahtleticsin tarjoamat yksityiskohtaiset ja helposti sovelluksen kautta ohjelmat, valmennus- ja harjoiteohjeet. Harjoittelun seuranta auttaa valmentajaa pysymään kartalla miten urheilija edistyy, kun urheilija suorittaa harjoittelua itsenäisesti.

Urheilija valitsee neljästä eri pelipaikkaohjelmasta (qb, ol&dl, wr&db&rb, fb&te&lb, k) sopivimman.  Näille ohjelmille on kolme eri vaativuustasoa. Lisäksi Volt Athleticsin kautta voi harjoituttaa koko joukkuetta omalla yleisohjelmalla.
Volt määrittelee painot, toistot, palautumisajat sekä vaihtelee liikkeitä ja sarjoja. Jokainen treeni on erilainen. Volt toimii kuin henkilökohtainen traineri.

Volt Athletics ohjelmaan kuuluvat  dynaamiset lämmittely- ja jäähdyttelyharjoitukset. Materiaaleihin on lisätty ravitsemukseen, lepoon ja nesteytykseen liittyvä osio. Oheisharjoittelua varten on tarjolla myös lyhyet nopeus- ja ketteryysosiot. Volt Athleticsin ohjelmassa on  monipuolisia harjoitteita eri urheiluvammoista kuntoutuville urheilijoille.

P.E. Weightlifting Level Two
This intermediate/advanced P.E. program features 5 training sessions per week and is designed to build strength and all-around athleticism through balanced movement patterns. Each session is designed to fit within a single class period, and should take 30-45 minutes to complete. This program is designed for intermediate-advanced athletes with 2+ years’ experience in a serious strength training program.

Female All-Around Athlete Level One (4-Day)
